Covered ECHO services are determined based on the guidelines established in Chapter 9 of the TRICARE Policy Manual. In addition, the services must be ordered by a physician, not be available under the basic TRICARE benefit, and are determined to assist in reducing the disabling effects of the qualifying condition.
