How does Wellcore know who to contact if I have an emergency?
The first step, before you install your Wellcore system, is to give us your Emergency contact information by “registering” your system. Registration is necessary in order to ensure that you are protected in the event of any emergency. At a minimum you must provide contact information for yourself and ideally also provide information for at least one caregiver and one responder. You have the option of entering the information online or providing it over the phone at 1-800-668-6697. The registration process is required before the system can be activated so that Wellcore can provide you the best possible service.
