How effective are the AquaStretch exercises compared to Aquatic YogaDancing?
Your webmaster’s personal observation is that, for most people, the AquaStretch exercises are 80 to 90% as effective as facilitated Aquatic YogaDancing, in terms of improved systemic flexibility. However, the AquaStretch exercises will usually take you more time to achieve the same degree of improvement as you would with facilitated Aquatic YogaDancing. In addition, the AquaStretch exercises tend to be about 90 to 98% as effective in helping you maintain the flexibility benefits you may experience from Aquatic YogaDancing.
