How Effective Is the Rhythm Method of Birth Control?
The rhythm method of birth control is a fertility awareness technique in which a women keeps track of the days she is most likely to be fertile each month and abstains from sex on those days. When done properly, the rhythm method reduces the chance of pregnancy, but may be less effective than many other birth control methods.
