How effectively does the film Braveheart represent aspects of medieval life?
well braveheart is meant to be an autobiography of Sir William Wallace and mainly deals with the society he was around which was mainly in the Highlands of Scotland and was therefore a Celtic Society ruled by the nobles and any disputes would go through the chief of each individual clan or laird ( lord) of a certain area. so it covers medieval celtic society well but it is set in one nation so is limited in that way so for a main them i would choose how different nations varied in their way of life during this time period. Although the present Wallace Clan feels that much was missing or hollywood took liberties in the story of their most well known member.
