How exactly do you adjust the headlights of a 1995 Dodge Neon Sport?
There are 2 adjustment screws per headlight both are spring loaded. The first is toward the fender if you are looking down at the retaining bolts of the head light. It is actually in the small hole. The horizontal screw sits over by the blinker retaining screw and at first glance may look like a retaining bolt for the head light. Other than that I’m guessing you already know you need a full gas tank and someone sitting in the driver’s seat (weight distribution) and a wall about 25 feet from the front of the car to aim the head lights at. It is best to find the bolts during the day as at night when you are making your adjustments the glare from the headlights makes them hard to see.
