You can score points on either your own serve or your opponents serve. The server’s score is announced first. 0 points is called: “Love” 1st point is called: “15” 2nd point is called: “30” 3rd point is called: “40” 4th points wins the “game” Example: If the server has won two points and the reciever has won one point, the score is announced “30-15” OR if the server hasen’t won a point yet and the reciever has won three points, the score is announced “love-40”. You must win games by at least two points so if both players have reached 40, the score is called “deuce” and each player must then win two consecutive points to win the game. The player that wins the next point on a deuce has the “advantage” and if they win another point, they have won the game. If not, the score goes back to deuce. The first player to win 6 “games” wins the set. But again, you must win by at least two games, so if the set score is 6-5, they will continue to play until one player wins 7-5 or the other player dra
