If you aren’t sure how to do that, please read instructions. If you have saved your messages, but none of them has “0” time interval, then your autoresponder will not send instant responses, only follow ups. Another cause for your autoresponder not working is that you have entered an invalid e-mail address in “FROM Field” section of your account Settings. Make sure that it contains your valid e-mail address (like joe5902@aol.com).
