A---The probiotics should be given half way between the antibiotic doses so the two do not come in direct contact with each other. For example, if your antibiotic is to be given every four hours, give the probiotic two hours after the antibiotic. If the antibiotic is to be given every eight hours, give the probiotic four hours after the antibiotic. more
