How far behind does the NCP have to be before collections will begin?
At the end of the month, all cases with a delinquency will be reviewed for certification to our enforcement remedies, which includes; 1. Bank account levies; 2. Intercept of Unemployment Insurance Benefits (UIB) or Disability Insurance Benefits (DIB); 3. Reporting to the three major credit reporting bureaus; 4. Suspension of driver’s license and professional licenses to certain business and professional licensing agencies specified by California law; 5. Tax intercepts.
