How far does a bat fly out of its roost to get food?
yep some bats can go even further than 6 miles but that’s about right here in devon there is a pub(many pubs)but this one has its rear doors that open into a cave where bats by the hundred fly out the landlord lets you stand at the top of the entrance (steps), the bats fly around your head and never hit you the other week a bat flew into my mates front room , it circled around several times a before finding its way back out not hitting a thing using its sonar system to guide around the room brilliant
