How Far Is It From Lake Como, Italy To Nice, France?

From Como, my own city, to the city of Nice on the south of France is quite a journey, since como is on the border with Switzerland, and Nice is on the south coast, near the border with Italy at Ventimiglia, so it rather depends if you want to take the route through Piemonte via Varese, and then cut through on the A26 to the coast near Genova, then on through Liguria, to the border with France, and then on to Nice near Monaco and Cannes. Or the other option, which by highway, is via Milan, and then on the A4 Torino highway, then cutting down to the coast. Both these trips will take about 5 to 6 hours, depending on your speed and the state of the traffic on Italian roads, which is notoriously bad. Distance 375kms to 400kms, depending on the route.
