Our first response, of course, is a call back to you, to try and decipher/diagnose the problem over-the-phone. We fix many more emergency calls over-the-phone just by asking the right questions than we actually have to roll a truck for. In the event of total system failure (the whole phone system is down), you are our first priority. In the event of partial failure, you may still be our first priority, it simply depends on what higher priority service calls are currently on the list when we get your call. We try very hard to respond to most service call needs the same day, or at worst the following business day depending on your business hours. This type of response is something that is different in this industry and were very proud of our service record.
