How good a service is Onstar?

On Star personnel ask you, when you connect, to pull your car over so they may plot your location. They give turn by turn directions but disconnect before you drive the route they give you. On Star bailed me out of many strange areas when I was totally lost. I love the service. They are professional and polite and, most importantly, patient with their customers. A+++ from me!  more
