How hard is a Civil, Envrionmental or Agricultural engineering degree?
You are correct that all engineering degrees are hard. At most schools the first two years of any engineering degree are almost exactly the same. If you can do math and science easily they are not to bad. My degree is in mechanical engineering which I never considered to be all that difficult. Most people I know would say civil is about as easy as engineering gets but none of them are easy.
