It looks to me like you have a pretty full resume, assuming you are really involved in all those activities. If you have a leadership position in any of your clubs then that will help. It seems to me like you have a shot, but with colleges turning down so many kids these days, it’s hard to say. If you get around 1900 on your SATs would make you a very competetive candidate in my opinion.

As much detail as you can give on the admissions process would be awesome. Does a 3.0 stand a chance if accompanied by a really great essay and a recommendation from an ancient Harvard graduate? He’s a personal friend and very well-known guy. Would that help? I’m a senior now. I expect solid Reading/Writing SAT scores and half credits of AP Lang/Comp, AP Env. Science, and AP U.S. History – I did well in all of them, As and a B – weighted grade in the state of Florida is a 3.34. I’m a member of Model United Nations, Earth Corps, and GSA. Published at the age of 12 for a short story I wrote, topped out of State Standardized Tests in my earlier years…My GPA is lacking, I know, but do I have a shot? I think she was a high school senate page when she was a junior. That kind of stuff helps.
