How hard is it to learn the repair process?
Most people just starting out in this business get very nervous about the repair process. After watching the training DVD and doing 10-20 repairs you will have the confidence to do live repairs. In fact this can lead to the problem of technicians spending 80% learning about the repair process and only 20% on marketing. It should be opposite.
