How hard is the CPA exam? Is it similar to questions asked in college accounting textbooks?
Well they have changed it since I took it a few years ago, but I’ll try to answer. The exam is very hard, but if you study hard you can pass it. Most of it is multiple choice and then there are some questions you must write out your answers. There are four parts to the exam and you can take each part individually. That means you can concentrate your studies on only one part at a time. When I took it about 5 years ago you had to go all day for 2 days in a row to take the test. It was sooooo hard.
