How has ACES, your wholly owned operations subsidiary in India helped ABM Amro?

ACES has been a great success. There has been savings in terms of costs. We are doing a lot of work at 1/4th the cost in India. But this is not only about reducing costs. It is more about process standardisation as we deal with 50 countries and there are chances of duplication of work. ACES can be a great consolidator to processes for ABN Amros operations worldwide. Pure costs is one thing, but what is achieved at the other levels is more important. We are talking about overall productivity improvement here.
