How has U2 Bono changed entertainment and music??What evidence is there to support it??
Any evidence of the change Bono and U2 have brought to the music and entertainment industry is not going to be found on the internet. You can research their ticket sales and album sales to measure their enormous success but the true effect of their music is something that is best witnessed first hand. I can tell you as a fan of rock music for my entire life, the only band… and I do mean the only band… that has influenced me in the same way many of the classic performers of the sixties and seventies have is U2. They are the sole survivors of music that matters. While nowadays a popstar is no further than a hairstyle away from fame and fortune, there are little performers out there who I believe really transform music into something personal… something emotional. Bono has been very successful reaching his audience by the heart more than he reaches them by the ear.
