How high on the wall should the Cuckoo Clock be hung?
An 8-Day Cuckoo Clock should be hung with the base of the clock 6 1/2 to 7 feet from the floor to allow enough height for the weights to drop over an 8 day period. Most other clocks should be hung 5 1/2 to 6 feet off the floor. Please note that the weights need an unobstructed space in which to drop. Why do some clocks have 2 weights and others have 3?
