How hot should my wax bath be for hand arthritis?
Ive had arthritis for 20 years and those wax baths never worked for me, they say that when your hands flare up heat builds up and you need to cool them down to stop the swelling and i don’t understand why a hot bath would work ?, But anyway i hope it works for you mate and you get some relief, the temperature should be as hot as you can stand it without burning you ….
