How important is business travel from Austria to the U.S.?
Eacho: It is quite an important segment. Many Austrian companies do business in the U.S. – and vice-versa. The planes always seem to be full. tip: In your opinion, are there enough flight connections from Austria to the U.S.? Eacho: The market seems to be pretty well covered. I’ve never had a problem getting a plane seat. For me, of course, the non-stop flights from Vienna to Washington D.C. are very convenient. And from there you can go anywhere in the U.S. tip: Do you have plans personally to focus more strongly on tourism? Eacho: We are doing a lot for tourism. The relations between the U.S. and Austria are good.
