You should report a lost certificate to Continental as soon as possible (212.509.4000 x237), if we are the agent for the security involved. Please try to provide the certificate number and the share amount. We will place a “stop” on the certificate to prevent its transfer and provide you with paperwork required to obtain a replacement certificate.
