How is a Muslim Wedding celebrated?
Well, because Muslims come from diverse backgrounds and cultures, the variations between the types of weddings done by Muslims are enormous. For a wedding to be considered Islamic, however, the minimum criteria would have to be that men and women are kept separate–no intermingling. Because the wedding is separate, then there is no reason for the bride to wear hijab, or even for the other female guests to–as long as the other female guests are notified when the groom will be coming in and out so they can put their hijabs on if they choose. Beyond that, the wedding can be any way the bride and groom and wish!
