How is a Suicide Bomber like a SCUD ?

Note that the tactics of the Ba'athists in battling us have taken the SAME evolutionary path that the Arabs and Palestinians have taken in battling the Israelis: When American forces couldn't be defeated by conventional warfighting tactics, they turned to terrorism (sniping, feighning surrenders then attacking), and quickly moved on to suicide bombings. The evolution took days for the Ba'athists, while it took years for the Palestinians to come to the same point. I will leave it to the faculty of the Department of Psychology and Mental Illness to determine if the time difference in "getting a clue" reflects significant differences in intellectual capacity. General Renuart is right: the swift change in tactics indicates increasing desperation on the part of the Ba'athists.
