How is backup handled under “Managed Services”?
Your managed services plan may include backup management. Backup management includes ensuring that the backup operation completed successfully and ran as scheduled. We also assist in determing the proper backup configuration and schedule as a part of that process. What is NOT included is the actual purchase of the backup device(s) and any software required. As a part of our initial assessment, we review your backup system and procedures and will make recommendations if any are required.
