How is bread made? When was the first bread made and where?

Bread consists of 5 main ingredients now. Flour, sugar, salt, fat and yeast. The mix if first kneaded, then it’s let to rise (time depending on the bread). Once risen, it’s needed for a short time again and left to rise. Also, depending on the bread, it might take 3 kneading cycles. Then it’s formed and baked. The first bread was made without yeast and more of a flat bread like a pita or tortilla and cooked over an open fire. Since grains were more common than flour back then, they would crush the grains into a flour and use that. I don’t know when the first breads were made, but I’m sure it was for royalty first. Jesus broke bread with the apostles, so go back a few hundred years before him.
