How is Calvary Tucsons church government organized?

0

Our church government consists of the pastoral staff (the senior pastor, assistant pastors and staff), the ruling elders (three elders including Pastor Robert Furrow), a group of elders, and a group of deacons. Our church is not run by the elders or deacons. They are there to support the pastoral staff and serve the congregation. Pastor Robert concentrates his effort on studying the Word of God many hours a week. The day to day operation is done by our faithful assistant pastors. However the ruling elders make decisions on major issues.
