How is MatchBoard different from all the other Job services on the Internet?
Most other Job services or resume databases are either electronic versions of Help Wanted advertising, or document databases of resumes against which you can do keyword searches. Keyword searches cannot take into account cumulative experience in a particular skill, cannot quantitatively compare candidates it yields, or indeed differentiate between someone who is merely trained in a particular skill or has vast experience in it. MatchBoard guarantees that candidates it yields will meet or exceed the skill and experience levels you specify. It also offers detailed quantitative comparisons of candidates for easy evaluation. Most databases like this have old resumes of candidates who are no longer available.
