RCMU adheres to Southern California Edison’s rates, rules and regulations. Therefore, the Energy Charge Rate on your bill is calculated each month with the current State Department of Water Resources (DWR) percentage. The percentage changes daily due to the fluctuation of the DWR rate. The market rate can be found on the Southern California Edison website under the Weighted Average Daily DWR% table at the following link – Select Weighted Average Daily DWR % Table Please refer to your bill for the current Energy Charge. The current rate on all other charges can be viewed on our RCMU website.
