How is pricing for a cost segregation study determined?

The fee is determined by figuring out the anticipated number of hours, the number of locations analyzed, and the type of facility. Once an initial analysis of the property or properties is completed, a proposal will be provided that will include a flat fee for services. That fee will not change even if the scope of the study does. The only exception to that would be if we received incorrect information regarding the property upfront. For instance, if the actual property size or usage is not what initially told, or the level of data available for the study is less than anticipated. An example would be if we are told the property is 25,000 sq feet and we learn it’s actually 50,000 sq feet when you include the finished basement, or if we had been told that blueprints and other building construction plans will be available but they are not. Please note that it is against the US Treasury Department’s Circular 230 and ethical accounting practice to charge a contingency fee for any cost segre
