How is Terrys two-year program structured?
Designed for non-business majors, the two-year program consists of 55.5 hours of full-time graduate study over four semesters. In addition, students implement a Leadership Development Plan with the assistance and guidance of a professional executive coach and participate in Terry’s “MBA P.L.U.S.” program to develop the “soft” skills that are critical in the business world, but not traditionally developed in the classroom. The first year of study consists of foundation business courses that lay the groundwork for developing students’ abilities to comprehend, apply, analyze, synthesize, and evaluate business problems and solutions. A summer internship is strongly encouraged. In the second year, students create a personal program of study. Departmental course offerings may be mixed and matched across all functional areas to develop a program that meets the personal career objectives of the student.
