How is the airport pick up coordinated?
All flight information is obtained in advance and provided to staff. Staff wait for students just outside the gates wearing the Adventure Links logo and hold a sign with your child’s name and home city. In certain instances, parents can place the name of a person to meet their child at the gate by granting this permission at the time of purchase of their ticket. Staff will maintain a close monitoring on flight delays and be available for students even in the event the flight is changed or delayed. The parent or guardian is responsible for any costs incurred to change in flight or transportation accomodations.
