How is the Biggles mascot concept working?
Cory: We’re still implementing it. I’m having a Biggles bear costume made, and the printed version of the book is being delivered today. They are just some of the details that had to be put on the back burner until we got up and running in time for holiday shopping. We had the Biggles audio book for sale when we opened, but having the bound books on display will go a long way in getting people to identify with the brand and to understand the full concept of what we’re trying to pull off here. Your store has a personal toy-shopper component. How has that worked so far?v Cory: It’s actually been excellent for us. There are many people out there who are pressed for time, and others who do not want to spend the free time that they do have on shopping. Our personal shoppers will go anywhere to get exactly what the client needs. They’ll choose, wrap and deliver the purchases right to our clients.
