How is the billing done for ILD calls handled by other ILD operators?

In some cases, billing is done by Emtel (e.g. for I-Telecom), but in most cases the billing is done by the other ILD operator. In this case, you will receive a bill from Emtel for your mobile calls (including the local airtime for the IDD calls) and a second bill from the ILD operator.
