How is the bonus handled when an employee is temporarily on part-time pay?
Base pay as of July 1, 2002, drives the amount of bonus due if the employee selects the payment option. The employees status as full- or part-time on July 1, 2002, drives the proportion of leave available for that option. The combination of pay and leave would work the same as for other part-time classified employees.
