How is the cancellation charges levied?
In brief cancellation rates are given below but a minimum of Rs. 2000.00 is used to cancel the tour and this is the minimum in every case • 30 Days prior to booked tour 25 % • 15 Days prior to the booked tour 30 – 50% • 7 – 10 Days prior to the booked tour 55 – 75% • 05 Days prior to the booked tour 100% Please Note – We will try our level best to reduce the cancellation charges but the amount used for booking vehicles and blocking rooms in hotel are generally non refundable. Yet if there is some mercy shown by any of our agents we will pass the same to you and we always try to negotiate the lowest possible charges.
