How is the eligibility check derived?
Important: This service does not cater for NRIC/FIN/Passport checks, it will only check for remaining contractual periods of the customers mobile and broadband services. Therefore, we still need to remind customers that to be eligible for mio Plans, all services must still be under the same NRIC.
