How is The Experienced Teacher Placement Program different than the five and ten month teaching programs?
The biggest difference is that under the Experienced Teacher Placement Program, teachers receive an individual negotiated contract with the highest possible salary based on their educational background and teaching experience. Rather than pay a program fee, teachers pay 10% of their contracted salary to TRAKS International which can be paid at the start of the contract to or have it deducted from their monthly salary. Experienced teachers also receive roundtrip airfare as one of the benefits of their contract.
