The Solano County Board of Supervisors designated the Solano Childrens Alliance (formerly Childrens Network Council), an interdisciplinary council that makes policy and funding recommendations on childrens issues, as the body responsible for determining priorities for funding. The Solano Childrens Alliance conducts periodic countywide needs assessments, to decide on funding priorities for Solano Countys share of CTF.
