The pizza is fully cooked then immediately frozen, we then place the pizza in a foil pan that can be used to reheat it. The pizza is then wrapped in plastic and boxed. We use FDA approved Gel Packs to help keep the temperature cool. The pizza will arrive at your door for you to either keep frozen, refrigerate, or heat. We will include heating instructions within the box.
