How is the Real Estate Appraisers Liability program provided?
     The program is provided through a risk purchasing group called the Real Estate Appraisers Liability (“REAL”) risk purchasing group. This risk purchasing group is the organization through which members purchase the coverage. However, coverage is not provided on a group basis. Each insured receives their own insurance policy separate from other members of the group.
