How is the Results Management section of the User Guide different from the UNDP Programming Manual?
The Results Management Guide does not represent a significant change in programming policies, but is rather an update and simplification in their presentation, reflecting the evolution of results based management in UNDP as well as recent changes made as a result of the Simplification & Harmonisation initiative. The Guide also includes a clarification of roles and responsibilities, and a flowchart of procedural tasks and Atlas action points at each point in the work process. An outline of major changes between the Results Management section and the Programming Manual can be found in this document.
