It depends on the position you are applying for. For example, when you are applying for the Trainee Program you will have to go through group interviews, an assessment center, and individual interviews. For other vacancies assessment centers are only used exceptionally. Usually you have to endure a round of interviews, with the first one normally conducted by a Human Resources advisor. Before that you might also be contacted via phone which you should take just as seriously as a face-to-face interview. In a second and possibly third interview you will also be questioned by the responsible manager, that is, your prospective supervisor, and possibly also by the Business Group Director.
