How is the Trust audited?
The Trust is committed to adhering to best practice in governance. The Trust is audited annually by the Universitys auditors and additionally is now audited by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR). Furthermore the Trust reports annually to the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). In line with the recent changes to charity legislation in Scotland, Trustees have received training on the legislation and their duties therein.
