How is Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) different to other types of protein?
Whey Protein Isolate is generally regarded as the best all-round form of protein. Is is digested extremely quickly into the body, is very high in protein percentage, has almost no fat or lactose/carbs, and mixes easily and great tasting. Other forms of protein are also very good but will generally not have all the excellent qualities of Whey Protein Isolate.
