Sterling on the Lake consists of three large lakes that comprise over 75 acres, with the largest covering 45 acres. Homeowners will be allowed to operate boats on the largest lake; however, gasoline powered boats will not be permitted. The lake will be accessible to all homeowners through walking trails, a community dock, and a lakeside pavilion. Fishing is catch and release.
