How large are the sites and what amenities are included on each lot?
Most lots are between 1650 sq. ft. (30x 55) to 3000 sq. ft. (40 x 75) depending on location. Several lots are larger. Each lot includes a gravel RV parking pad, 30 and 50 amp electric service, water, sewer, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Each lot is sold as is. Lot enhancements such as upgraded landscaping, expanded paved areas, and storage facilities can be constructed at a later date by the purchaser and designed and built in accordance with rules and regulations set forth in the architectural guidelines and the Community Association architectural review process.
