Syed Shabbir Hussain (a veteran journalist who spent over 40 years in the profession) also commented on the size of the Khaksar Movement in his book entitled Kashmir aur Allama Mashriqi. According to Hussain, In the span of 17 years, four million people showed their inclination towards this movement.
